1. Membership Eligibility

• Membership in IBC is open to individuals and businesses who meet the eligibility criteria as defined by IBC from time to time.
• Members must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• IBC reserves the right to accept or reject any membership application at its sole discretion.

2. Member Responsibilities

1. Members must use IBC’s facilities and services (including Elite Ride Access, Infinity Business Pods, Nature Nest, Heavenly Home, Biz India, Biz Abroad, and others) responsibly and lawfully.
2. Members are expected to respect other members, experts, and staff while using IBC platforms and facilities.
3. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of membership.

3. Facilities and Services

1. Elite Ride Access (nationwide rent-a-car service)
2. Infinity Business Pods (professional workspaces and conference rooms)
3. Nature Nest (wellness and relaxation spaces)
4. Heavenly Home (residential booking service)
5. Biz India (domestic business expansion opportunities)
6. Biz Abroad (international business networking and growth)

4. Financial Upliftment Programs

1. IBC supports the execution of members’ ideas by offering mentorship, funding assistance, and collaboration opportunities.
2. Any profits, revenue-sharing, or benefits arising from idea execution shall be governed by specific agreements signed between the parties involved.
3. Profit-sharing percentages and perks may vary based on contribution, role, and prior agreements.

5. Goal Achievement Mentorship

1. IBC provides mentorship to members who initiate new ideas, offering guidance from concept to execution.
2. Mentorship is advisory in nature. IBC does not guarantee success, profits, or outcomes of any project

6. Payments and Fees

1. Membership fees, service charges, or facility usage costs (if applicable) must be paid in full and on time.
2. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by IBC.

7. Limitation of Liability

1. IBC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, facilities, or partnerships.
2. Members are responsible for their personal belongings, financial decisions, and outcomes of collaborations initiated within IBC.

8. Code of Conduct

1. Members must maintain professional behavior at all times.
2. Harassment, discrimination, or unethical conduct will not be tolerated and may result in termination of membership.

9. Intellectual Property

1. All content, materials, and branding related to IBC are the property of IBC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
2. Any ideas submitted by members remain their intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

10. Termination of Membership

1. IBC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership for violation of these Terms, misuse of facilities, or actions against the interest of the Club.
2. Members may also voluntarily terminate their membership by providing written notice, subject to IBC’s exit policies.

11. Governing Law

1. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

12. Updates to Terms

1. IBC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Members are encouraged to review this page periodically for changes.
